   All products including dates, coffee, cardamom, nuts, maamoul, and sweets are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

   All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Orders
   Orders are confirmed once payment is completed. Please ensure all order details such as address and contact information are correct before confirming your purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery
   We offer delivery within Kuwait. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service. Delays caused by the shipping company are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges
   Due to the nature of food products, returns or exchanges are not accepted after delivery unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
   If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with photos for review and assistance.
